Background
My career began on the commodities desk of a boutique stockbroking firm in Melbourne, where I specialised in hedging exposures for mid-tier agricultural organisations. From there, I had the privilege of founding and scaling what has become a significant, diversified financial services group. During this tenure, I acted as Lead Portfolio Manager and was responsible for sourcing, analysing, and managing a series of strategic acquisitions.
Today, my focus at McAlistair Capital is twofold. While I am known for connecting high-calibre advisers with premium buyers and sellers, my work increasingly involves bridging the gap between institutional capital and growth-oriented enterprises. I enjoy solving complex problems for founders and witnessing the material impact that a well-executed transaction has on a business’ valuation and the founder's lifestyle. This is what drives my commitment to the sector.
